Pros (+) The hotel is at a delightful location, rooms are spacious although one could argue that the furniture needs some updating. Staff is absolutely lovely and the valet service is outstanding! (Didn’t have enough time to try the breakfast, unfortunately).
Cons (-) My main complaint is that the heating in my room was poor and in combination with the gloomy day - the room was rather chilly.

Pros (+) Great hotel, located just in the center of Sofia, we had a very big and confortable suite with a nice terrace overlooking the city and the mountains, great breakfast, friendly staff.

Pros (+) Very good service. Big, clean room. Comfy bed. Perfect spot for us coming in and out of Sofia. SIXT car rental is around the corner making it super easy.

Pros (+) The room was very large and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. The valet parking is perfect.
Cons (-) There are parties at the hotel on the weekend and the noise was deafening. It started at around 5pm and only stopped at 11:30pm. You have to pay for coffee capsules, I think a 5 star hotel with such a high price per night can afford 2 capsules per day per room.

Pros (+) The hotel is a bit old and requires renovation, but has great charm. Having said that, I have no complaints about the hotel - all the facilities worked well and our room was very spacious. Cleanliness was great. Location is excellent
Cons (-) Staff in the restaurant (Shades of Red) should be more attentive. Tables were left unattended, and one morning at breakfast there was nowhere to sit because many tables had not been cleared. Perhaps more a case of lack of staff?

Cons (-) The parking is expensive, 30€ per day while on the street is 1€ per hour until 20pm and free at weekends. If I knew that I could not open 1 window in the room, I would not have booked it. You cannot give fresh air. Also, we were 2 adults and 2 kids and we had only 2 blankets. They give 4 complimentary small waters in the room. We used the wake up service.
