Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The staff are very friendly, especially loved being greeted by our cleaning lady each morning - so friendly. The breakfast on offer is incredible and those views are unbelievable.
It is out of town and while the shuttle bus runs every hour (except lunch) - it can be too packed to accommodate everyone. Worth staying here for the amazing views - but be prepared to use taxi or driver when bus is full.

The staff were top notch. Really really attentive and friendly. The view is amazing and the facilities are excellent. Also the food is really good.
Not much, you have to get the shuttle bus into sorrento as its too far to walk down the twisty narrow road.
The view was exceptional, 5 stars. The staff also deserves very high marks. The breakfast service was nice and the views from the dining area are outstanding.
This is NOT a walkable area. Perched high above the city gives excellent views, but you will need to take the shuttle to the town. This is challenging because the shuttle starts a little late and shuts down for 3 hours during the day. We ended up taking a shuttle down every day but needed to take a $40 taxi back to the hotel, so add that into your cost. Although hills don't keep us from walking an...Read more

Such a great stay here. Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and super helpful, the breakfast was awesome, the rooms were lovely with amazing views, and there is a great shuttle bus service that runs a fair bit of the day, which ends up saving you a lot of money on taxis which are extremely expensive. We also met a lot of lovely people staying here. Would recommend to anyone.
The view was amazing
The masseuse made us very uncomfortable when he told one of us that we were all beautiful men and wanted to give us free massages that the hotel was not supposed to know about.
Amazing view from the balcony. Exceptionally high standards of housekeeping and maintenance of the room. Beautiful tiled floors in the room. Small fridge. Tea and coffee kettle station. Delicious buffet breakfast with so much choice, flaky croissants and omelette station and fresh fruit!
Everything was great. If I had to find something it would be the walls are thin - were below the restaurant so could hear all the chairs scraping on the floor every morning and could hear the person in the room next to us coughing - but it did not affect our sleep. Also if TV had Netflix option as only English channels were news channels
The comfortable beds, the view from the balcony, the variety of breakfast, the complimentary shuttle, the value and so on.
The only thing we were disappointed with was the sewerage smell in the bathroom. We did not mention it to the hotel staff because we noticed sewerage smell almost everywhere we went in Sorrento and other Amalfi coast towns.
