Pros (+) Room and beds were fab. One member of staff was exceptionally lovely. They sorted out an issue with Booking.com very well and was most welcoming. No name unfortunately. Very close to the Sanctuire Lourdes. Lovely building though.
Cons (-) Breakfast was awful considering what we paid for the stay. Bread, cakes, pastries and yoghurt. Not enough choice for a wholesome breakfast. Was offered the egg menu on the second day which only offered eggs done 4 ways. Think this was additional but they took care of it. We didn't enjoy the breakfast service at all. Asked for a couple of tea bags for the room and were told that there are only enou...

Pros (+) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is literally located across the street from the Sanctuary of Lourdes so this was a plus especially for my mother who has trouble walking long distances. Dinner was amazing, even better than some we had in Paris.
