Pros (+) The hotel is absolutely beautiful in the centre of Sorrento, it has a gorgeous terrace with orange and lemon trees. The staff are lovely and very attentive.

Cons (-) The shampoo and conditioner were less then half full There were only one free small bottle of water for 2 person for a 5 star I would expect to leave every night a free water for all guests at least The coffee in the breakfast was not hot and good for Italy standards
