Location. Direct access to the wellness facilities, although outside the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well soundproofed, with orthopedic mattresses, which is a big plus. A nice bonus was the availability of large and comfortable pillows in sufficient quantity for a restful sleep. Very friendly staff. Exemplary cleanliness, free parking in the hotel basement.

Large room, very good dinner and breakfast included.

Quiet air conditioning, good breakfast, spacious room, good linens, balcony.
Understaffed. Phones not answered. AC in first room did not work, couldn't call because phone did not work. One of two elevators not working. One of two coffee machines not working.

hotel wellnes is not free for guest, adults only our room was not available on time, 30 min late Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend it
The location of this hotel is excellent, just across the road to the aquapark and short walk distance to town centre. Breakfast and dinner options are very good, I appreciated the fresh made options from the "grill". Rooms are very spacious and clean. Amazing play area for all age groups.

Everything, the hotel is beautiful, the food is great, the room is very clean and has beautiful view. The place also has a lot of consideration for little kids with food, a huge play area and all the facilities.
The aquasziget bath across the hotel was too crowded for me but my daughter really liked it.
