Pros (+) We loved it. Clean rooms, friendly staff, the restaurant at floor -2 was amasing. It has a good location. Great view.
Cons (-) The pool was not heated. It was like 34 Degrees Celcius outside, but the water was freezing. Even the sea water was warmer. We eventually went to the beach.

The pool area with its amazing view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius was spectacular and was well serviced by the team working there. Cons (-) We were disappointed with our room (111). It was small and possibly had the worst view in the entire hotel overlooking a car park and electricity pylon. As we were there for 10 days we had expected a better room. Friends who arrived after us, for a shorter stay and who had paid for similar rooms, all had rooms which were bigger with a better view. Cons (-) The pillows were awful - really flat. The breakfast was ok although there were plenty of issues with the coffee machines. The bar area needs some rugs to diffuse the sound of groups talking. It made it hard to have conversations.
