Pros (+) The location of this hotel is perfect with an amazing view over the harbour and easy access to all of the attractions. The pool area was great for relaxing. It has an amazing bar on the top floor for sundowners.

Pros (+) The location is perfect in the Ortigia , in the old town of Syracuse with beautiful seaside location and the best sunset view from the rooftop bar and restaurant. Fantastic breakfast with wonderful choices reflecting the real Sicilian tradition of food.

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful and historic. Everything is unbelievably clean and every little detail has been thought about. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially when we needed to get medical care. Staff helped us find where to go at 10pm on a Saturday. Pros (+) Location. Bed and linens.
Cons (-) Very noisy at night. Hot water didn’t work. Bad turn down service and poor housekeeping: did not replenish the toiletries. Breakfast was mediocre with few options and food was not good quality. Phone next to the bed didn’t work. Very expensive parking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
