Very elegant, clean and well maintained. The spa area is small but very nicely designed. Breakfast offered good variety of dishes in a nice setting. We didn't dine in the restaurant but it was appealing. As we visited off-season, the hotel and resort were quiet but still enough "life" to make it an interersting stay.

Plastic spoons and paper napkins in room and instant powder nescafe instead of a coffee machine. No milk for tea. Squeaky bathroom door.
It was a great pleasure to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient (close to the beach, shopping streets and railway station), there is a parking upon request. The staff is great. Special thanks to Olha at the receiption! You made our stay heartwarming! The breakfast will be great for those who is fond of confectionary, bakery and fruits)
I would add a bit more vegetables for the breakfast. That's the only thing)

Hair dryer not very strong and tv not working but very minimal the place is luxury
Breakfast was exceptional. Everything you could want and constantly replenished. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff were, without exception, fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were all unfailingly polite and helpful. Room was lovely if a little small. Towels replaced morning and evening if necessary and beds turned down at night with a sweet on the pillow and nigh...
If I was being really picky, it would have been nice to have a few more English channels on the TV, there was only BBC News, but this was not particularly worrying as we were out most of the time. I can't think of any other negatives.Read more
- beautiful classical hotel with nice decor. - friendly and professional staff. - good and varied breakfast. - small but excellent spa with hot pools, nice large terrace pool. - central location close to the beach.
- super small rooms (Classic Double); so little space you can't even open a large suitcase on the floor. room size totally inadequate for 5* standard. - tiny dark bathroom that shares half a window with room next door(!). ok for a hostel, unacceptable for a 5* hotel. and shows the rooms were artificially cut in half to fill more beds into the property. - very weak and patchy wi-fi signal. impossib...Read more

Great location, fabulous hotel with a great atmosphere and brilliant pool.
The service and people are excellent
When we stayed there were x mas parties 4 nights out of 5 so we couldn’t relax. The bed for us was too hard really stiff not our personal choice
