Pros (+) I didn’t like that they didn’t care for us Because we had problems with our kids passport and then we missed the flight and 1 night in the hotel And they didn’t care to help us

Pros (+) First class treatment and friendly staff. The hotel is located 5 minutes by shuttle bus from cervinia. Shuttle buses were very quick to arrive when requested for trips to town and the slopes. The location is great with a beautiful view. The hotel sauna is great after skiing. But the staff are what made it. Nothing was too much trouble.

Pros (+) Staff were all amazing and the complimentary shuttles are great, they’ll take you anywhere at any time!
Cons (-) Hot drinks at breakfast were a challenge - slow service and usually lukewarm; please get a self-service coffee machine!

Pros (+) Great hotel. Most of the staff were lovely and it was warm, clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Nothing - Just a couple of staff were annoying which is hard to forget. Dinner service was very slow at times. Waited from 7.30 to 9.30 for first course one night.
