Pros (+) I enjoyed the view from the lovely hotel terrace, and the pool. The hotel was a convenient 15 minute walk to the main square. I was allowed to check in early, as the room was ready, and was grateful for that.
Cons (-) Poolside service was very limited and not at all friendly. The front desk staff (one particular tall, dark haired gentleman, with glasses) I found to be very unfriendly. Isn't customer service literally his job? The room and furnishings are somewhat dated; the whole property feels very 1980s. The pool area (my main reason for the stay) is not very impressive for the price of the hotel. $700/night ...
