Booked the hotel because I wanted to try its buffet dinner. After check in I realized that is impossible to reserve its dinner buffet as the restaurant is fully reserved until 2 months later. Very crowded hotel with lots of family with young kids. Executive lounge serving afternoon tea refreshments is used by guests for lunch and even dinner. Breakfast buffet is as busy and crowded as a bazaar.
The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Too expensive and the amenities weren't functional the day I arrived.

For the TIMTOS exhibition this is an ideal Hotel. Perhaps why level of guests are high during exhibition more restaurants are needed,
not enough common areas to sit for meetings / bars

The hard ware of the property was excellent. Rooms were clean, modern, spacious and comfy. The spa was most appreciated with clean amenities and good service.
The software however is lacking. Check in was unnecessary long as well with antiquated paper coupon systems for breakfast with time allocation?! Breakfast was a nightmare with long queues at the reception where 4-5 staff were huddling over a paper copy of the seating layout plan. Although variety of food were plentiful, the quality was so so.
