Pros (+) Although the location is a bit further away from sightseeing spots but the weather was nice and we enjoyed a little walking to the downtown area. Staffs were super helpful and friendly, we were able to check into our room at 12PM even though the standard check in time is 4PM.
Cons (-) The map floor was a little bit confusing when first stepping out of the elevator, as we can't find our room number on it but then we quickly find another small sign down the hallway, if that can be changed, it'll be nice. We stayed in room 320 but the sign only tells 301-311 & 325-337.

Pros (+) The hotel was well appointed, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, properly equipped with all necessities, and comfortable. An issue with a malfunctioning coffee maker was addressed with personal attention. The food we tried was well prepared, tasty and served in plentiful portions.
Cons (-) The restaurant ordering process was odd (having to order at the express cafe counter for a sit-down meal.
