Not good . No service. Super super dirty. Food with bags(( 2 times. No service. Very dange, open cable in the pool. If you do booking. They give the room other gast. And dont pay your money back. One of the worsest hotels in Thailand.
The only nice thing about the place is the Thai woman in the reception and the driver. They were helpful but they can only do much because the property is managed really badly. We were advised to look for a place before check in but did not listen.
Location is far from everything else. Room is not as advertised on photos! Everything is a facade. Towels and bedsheet are dirty. Management staff do not know how to manage.

A lot such as poor service,no room menu when we called many times,nobody came to fix the pool lights for 4 nights,no toothpaste,room floor very dirty.
The privacy of the location. overall a comfortable property.
The restaurant at the hotel is not worth it. The breakfast option is horrible, the same breakfast everyday no changes and nothing new, coffee is instant -if anything needs improvement at this hotel the restaurant needs it.

No mini bar or phone in room. Missing one curtain and no water . Staff were friendly but very slow . Location is great if you have a moped or happy to get taxis but not much around on foot
The view from the rooms were nice. Can see a little bit of ocean and the mountains. The private pools were clean and i like the depth of the water. And the staff were great! They were very fy patient and polite.
The bathtub has stains on it. And a couole of the rooms had defects when we arrived. Hence we wdre transfered to another but even the room had defects.
Nothing
Everything was really bad, when we've checked in our Villa and it was still sooo dirty inside, absolutely not ready, the photos of the villa do not correspond to reality at all! The staff were exceptionally unhelpful and unprofessional, one of the receptionist was eating pringles in front of me. We tried to call a manager but we've been told that she is unavailable at all.
