Location was in the heart of downtown SLO with parking options available onsite or a half-block away. There was a rustic, historical charm to the hotel. The Queen suite (Room 12) facing the street had a small juliette balcony and a fairly large shower facililty. The common area had a fireplace and an outdoor patio overlooking the street. Attached restaurant was great - would recommend.
It was key-access only and the keychain was heavy. Not something you can fit into a pocket easily.
Fabulous location and very quiet. Absolutely love the decor
Really miss the breakfast and wine on arrival
you guys thought of everything and the attention to detail is amazing
The restaurant was not open when we arrived but they took care of us anyway. They staff were friendly and the service was excellent. What we loved about the hotel and bistro was the style. Amazing Hotel and Restaurant. Completely exceeded our expectations and the staff were amazing. Best hotel experience of our Californian trip.
Location was great and friendly stagg
The rooms were very small and inadequate. The windows would not open and the only way to get fresh air into the room was to open the patio door which is unacceptable. The shower was not separate to the room so caused a damp smell every time I had a shower
Cozy and comfortable, very cute, walking distance to everything (shopping and restaurants).
Big noise issues last 3 times we’ve stayed here. Amazing but at 3am SLO has street sweeping that you can’t sleep through. Not to mention the crazy neighbor landscaping co had a blower also waking us up between 6:15am to 6:40am. Very noisy area, not hotels fault, but it’s an issue.
The Hotel is very charming. The bistro is delicious.
