Clean room and luxurious feel

Great breakfast, very kind staff, excellent gym.
The pillows and In-room dining breakfast were exceptional.
Most of the food was disappointing (macaron at el Bombon, club sandwich in the lobby lounge, chinese food at the Chinese outlet). From a western brand with such high F&B prices, I expected better. Every thing was good
The club lounge was not comfortable: dim and dark without fine seating.

The hospitality of the staffs was unforgettable. They were very friendly and always greeted me by my name. They were very attentive especially the person in charge in the pool area. They served delicious meals in both breakfast area and in-room dining. I got a free room upgrade which I really appreciated.
Since the hotel building starts to age, some small parts in the room are a bit dated and needs refurbish. However, it was not a deal breaker for me as they maintain the cleanliness and the overall stay was enjoyable.
We won the guest of the day price and they upgraded us to the suite. We were so happy. Thank you so much
upon arrival we were announced to be guests of the day and therefore upgraded to a suite. we enjoyed it very much, the suite, the free Pizza as well as the extra late check-out. everything was perfect, in particular the teppanyaki at Yoshi Izakaya restaurant. a big thank you goes to Ayu & Katrince for their great hospitality

I demand some strawberries in my room but i could have it until going back to reception for payment. I suppose it was possible to put it on my room note.
