Pros (+) Staff were proficient. Hotel well located. Food was OK.
Cons (-) Reception was trying to cover the Concierge - who was simply not there. They did their best, but their advice was not matching on most occasions.

Pros (+) Everything about the Gran Melia was amazing. From the jaw dropping view of Iguassu in the lobby to the restaurants, staff, pool and direct access to the national park.

Pros (+) The monkeys are great and the pool one of the best i have been in. Trails all close by throat of the devil u take train and two others inferior ( but my favourite also great) wake up for sunrise and go early can get really crowed later we always left at 8 when park open

Pros (+) The hotel has a fantastic location in the National Park - but my recommendation would be to stay at the Belmond hotel opposite on the Brazilian side of the Falls. Sadly the hotels location is its best feature / only. It’s an ugly building, and whilst it’s been decorated to the best of its ability, it is a ‘Pig in a Wig’.
