Breakfast is amazing . Friendly and very polite staff. . Taxi outside 24 hours ! Facing the beach .. Shower perfect . spacious room
The location leaves much to be desired - the few restaurants to the right are very e Friendly and very polite reception. xpensive - turning left there are a few (very few) reasonable ones - However, most close at 5:30 pm and after that there are no local attractions and the area becomes deserted and poorly lit - It's not advisable to walk around there after that time (the taxi driver said).
I had problems with the air conditioner in one room that I rent was very hot we asked for ice they said they would charge and they never delivered
This hotel charge for ice is ridiculous I complained because here in United States even the most simple hotel has ice machines in the hallway for free.
The property is well-located Rooms are large, linens are clean and comfy, bathroom is spacious, the shower is warm and the water has lots of pressure
Love this hotel stayed last year for 3 days twice , it’s super clean love the service breakfast is awesome and the staff are superb 👌

The Hotel is right next to the Praia do Futuro with all the beach bars and restaurants. Praia do Futuro is less busy compared to Beira Mar. It is a great beach during the day and you can walk for kilometers along the beach (However, consider that in the evening there is nothing happening in area – you have to take a cab to Beira Mar). The Hotel is rated 5 stars, but is not that well maintained even though it is quite new. To be fair the Hotel was good value for money. The room was definitely clean, but sheets had stains, furniture a bit worn etc. Our biggest issue, however, was that the rooms have almost no sonorization. We didn't like a thing
The entire hotel doesn't worth its 4 stars at all. Our stay was terrible. The hosts were not communicative and professional at all. We asked to change our room 5 times to find an acceptable room for us at 1AM after 13 hours flight with jet lag. Nice hotel with good facilities.. gym and big pool fronting beach.
The hotel is modern and well finished. It stands in an area which often appears derelict. Also the beach had great sand … however there was a very strong Mistral type wind and heavy surf. Obviously I was only 5here for 4 days but I expect this sort of climate predominates. Almost no one was brave enough to attempt to swim.
