Cons (-) Hard to understand how the hotel can have 5 stars. Very strong smell of humidity in the room. Air con was super loud. Empty minibar. Cleanliness could be improved. The supposed view from the room isn't what we'd expect.

Pros (+) Very functional gym, clean and windy. Nice pool and Jacuzzi.
Cons (-) The lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel, but luckily we had Jorge at the restaurant. He helped us out a lot!

Pros (+) The staff were very helpful..the breakfast buffet had a vast and varied selection of food including chicken pie which was delicious. The rooms were large very clean and beds were very comfortable. We chose the hotel for the swimming pool which didn't disappoint. Cons (-) There may as well not have been any windows for the noise they let in. But staying in another luxury hotel now in a different town which also has the same problem. The beach and beach clubs were lovely but the hotel is a little way away from the main Berra mar area.
