Perfect location, helpful staff. Beautiful architecture and pool with excellent access to the beach which also had very attentive and helpful staff. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant.
We would have greatly appreciated a view of the sea as it is so beautiful.

We deliberately chose a room with a bath but bath did not work - only the shower. I like a bath and this was disappointing in a luxury brand hotel

Beautiful property, good breakfast, nice pool. Across the road from the beach and possible to walk into town. On good bus links.
The staff were polite but not friendly - they weren’t very welcoming. We were a little early (20 mins) to check in so our room wasn’t ready (fair enough) but they didn’t offer to take our bags etc or come to inform us the room was ready as we waited in the lounge.

The Staff / Reception were very friendly and professional Breakfast compared to other European 5 Stars hotels was excellent with variety of food ,, the staff were very professional and nice. Food was excellent at the Formal restaurant.. The hotel lobby/ interior very nice, I would say in reality it looks much nicer than the photos .
The bed unfortunately was very small 90 cm x 200 cm
The location is great, the facilities of the hotel are ok but not in line with a 5 star GL hotel. For example, the sunbeds at the pool were basically attached one to the other with no space between different customers.
The room was dark, humid and smelly. We were given a room in the basement. It was far away from what you would expect for this hotel and its price. You should ask the hotel to avoid rooms 1 - 10 for your customers. We were on room 3
