Pros (+) Shuttle was very convenient for getting into Santiago. The room was large and had a good view and a bath. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes.

Pros (+) Staff were friendly and when I was struggling with my spanish they helped with english. It's a glorious old style hotel that reminds you of days gone by.

Pros (+) Location was great, just outside the city, quite with a beautiful setting. Gorgeous views and landscape. Wonderful buffet breakfast and great bar service. Front Desk personnel was very helpful.

Pros (+) we were happy with all the hotel had to offer. staff was great, free pickup and drop off shuttle to downtown area, beautiful view of the city from the hotel outdoor accommodations, great room, clean.
