The view from the room was nice. The shuttle service was quite convenient to get to the city centre.
The front desk staff wasn't friendly and welcoming. The hotel needs more double beds. The staff told us that there are just 8 rooms with double beds in the entire hotel, which isn't comfortable for families.
Lots of space and big bed

Everything was spectacular.
Shuttle was very convenient for getting into Santiago. The room was large and had a good view and a bath. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all tastes.
We were the only people having dinner on the first night!

Staff were friendly and when I was struggling with my spanish they helped with english. It's a glorious old style hotel that reminds you of days gone by.
Restraunt menu could have more selection
Gorgeous hotel, great facilities. Free Shuttle bus into the city. Would deffinately recommend
Bed was a little hard for my liking but that's just me.
The hotel was wonderful, and our room was spacious. We had a delicious meal the restaurant.
