Pros (+) A cozy hotel with a stylish interior, conveniently located close to the city center. The shuttle driver was polite and even gave me a ride to the center despite finishing his service. I was given free parking as there was an available spot.
Cons (-) I requested a quiet room on a upper floor, but I was given a room on the 1st floor with windows facing a road. The breakfast had a limited selection of cheeses and fruits. The sink drained poorly.

Pros (+) The property was glorious. Antique type decorations everywhere something to look at everywhere, very classy place. The staff was amazing!helpful with restaurant recommendations and service beyond what was expected. We were there in June and we were able to use the beautiful indoor outdoor pool. The staff made an exception and let us use the spa since it was our first time there.

I loved the receptionist they are super friendly and amazing, the guy on the bar and lobby area is fantastic and helped us a lot during our first day late check in . Pros (+) We stayed here on a rest day during the TMB, the rooms are gorgeously decorated, can definitely see why people relax here and take advantage of all the amenities we missed out on.
Cons (-) We ordered a A la Carte breakfast and was told it would be ready by 7AM, unfortunately there as a mix up and the breakfast was not ready until 7:30AM. so we got back on the trail a little later than planned, but it was not something we could not overcome.

Pros (+) The facility was very clean. The pool and sauna were wonderful. The lounge was artfully decorated with historic pieces. The breakfast was amazing. And the evening bar service was superb.
