We've stayed at this location once before and it was just as nice as the first time. We were happy the on-site restaurant was open this time as it was under construction when we were there before.
The parking situation isn't great. Their lot is directly behind the building, so valet seems unnecessary. During our first stay a few years ago, we paid for the 'valet' parking, ended up having to park our own car, handed the valet the keys, and then, when leaving, the valet just handed us the keys to our car. Great location, clean! Pet friendly!! The room was comfortably sized, not huge, but big enough for us to set up our dog crate and have enough room to move around.
The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable for us, but I would imagine that many people would find them comfy.
Great location, nice hotel.
Bare concrete ceilings in rooms. Bathroom lights above sink too bright!
Love the college theme...they went all in on it. It was a nice local vibe even though it's owned by Hilton
Staff not always knowledgeable about goings on. I asked about breakfast and was directed to a bagel shop but an hour later pastries and coffee was in the lobby.
TV constantly lost signal, hard to watch. No restaurant at hotel, just a small coffee shop type diner.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly. The showers were nice and the water pressure was good. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels where that was a problem. They have valet parking, but also are right next to a parking garage which is very convenient and it is close to so many restaurants and stores! I could see a coffee shop right out my window, which is always a plus for us!

Location was perfect. Love the design theme of these properties. Have stayed at two (this one and one in Cincinnati) and the attention to detail is excellent. Check-in was easy.
The bartenders in the adjacent bar off the lobby were not busy but somehow not very attentive to us.
Loved the location, the old school vibe of the hotel, and the beds were so comfy!
The bar wasn’t my favorite. One small vodka soda was $20….
