Pros (+) This property is in a prime pristine beach location. Full amenities and activities. Probably one of the cleanest best beaches I’ve ever been to and swam in. Amazing Resort and location

Hotel was very good. Nice and spacious rooms, well maintained. Pro's: comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, decent breakfast, nice beach, clean. Con's: location is a bit remote, all in resort for certain kind of groups, very busy, staff does not speak English very well but is very friendly. No bar on the beach (only for cheap looking all in drinks). I would consider this as more like 4* hotel.

Pros (+) This is a great hotel with fabulous facilities such as the leisure area, and very nice staff. Pool access rooms are worth the upgrade.
Cons (-) The hotel was very crowded so breakfast, although plentiful & good quality, involved queuing. The beautiful beach was also quite crowded so getting a lounger was sometimes a problem.

We found it fortunate we hire a car. 100kms from Phuket Airport and about 20 minutes from Khaolak. Rooms good but a real problem with mosquitoes when you open doors. Breakfast ok and staff try their hardest to accommodate you. Beach is not the best compared to some in Phuket.

the Graceland is a very nice hotel resort however it was a long way out from Khoa Lak and you need transport to get you around , we hired a scooter from the shop across the road opposite the supermarket which was great, the room was wonderful - pool access however don't stay in the first block on the left hand side of the resort (looking from reception to the beach) because the stairs down to the ...

Pros (+) Graceland ticked all the boxes for us! We absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms are spacious and airy with a large porch and a garden tub. The pools are great and wide and the beach is stunning. Breakfast was the best we had in all 4 hotels we stayed in. The kids loved the beach art and the pools. We loved the beach bar and the perfect restaurant on the shore. A wide public area in the m...
Cons (-) The spa is beautiful and we'll designed but unfortunately the treatment wasn't the best and it was double the average in Thailand. I recommend going down the road and use the local spas.
