The property is stunning, a lovely renovated old house (connecting buildings) in the center of Bolzano. The room itself was a little apartment, with sperate areas - living, lounge and sleep, plus a cute inner terrace. We loved the decor, the clean style and the care with which the building has been preserved. The staff was lovely too!! I would recommend it anytime.
Nothing! It was all lovely.
Room 30 attic shape made it impossible to use the full room. After hitting my head several times I moved my clothes to the bed and only used the bed,the floor space at the end and right side of the bed. Also too many stairs
So atmospheric and historic. Breakfast room and little sitting rooms are realmgems. We loved it.
A lot of stairs with luggage - not for people who find stairs tricky. There is a lift and the staff are helpful but still lots of ups and downs.
The building is stunning, very special. Lots of little, beautiful sitting areas with comfy armchairs and plants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and very delicious. The location is fabulous: you step out of the door and are in the middle of the old city center of Bolzano. We would have loved to stay longer.

The nicest place I have ever stayed in Bolzano! Older building redone in modern style but retaining characteristics of the past. Super cool decor. At 21.5, the room was a bit warm for me, and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. If you aren't in great shape, ask for a room accessible via the lift rather than stairs.Read more
A lovely restored property filled with antiques and decorated beautifully. Located in the middle of old town- easy walk from train station. Grocery stores nearby. Small frig in room.
The room was quite warm but my room faced the street so opening the windows meant street noise including some loud people at 3 am. However noise is absolutely no fault of the property. Only hand wash for toiletries.
Our stay in Bolzano was unforgettable thanks to the amazing staff, whose warmth and generosity made us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s stunning architecture added even more magic. It’s rare to find a place where both the people and the surroundings leave such a deep impression — we left with full hearts and can’t wait to return.

Wonderful historic building that has been beautifully appointed. Prime location just around the corner of Piazza delle Erbe. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
