Our stay in Bolzano was unforgettable thanks to the amazing staff, whose warmth and generosity made us feel truly cared for. The hotel’s stunning architecture added even more magic. It’s rare to find a place where both the people and the surroundings leave such a deep impression — we left with full hearts and can’t wait to return.

Wonderful historic building that has been beautifully appointed. Prime location just around the corner of Piazza delle Erbe. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The most beautifully appointed hotel: paintings, doors, design all perfect. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless. The staff is amazing and helpful. Breakfast is delicious! Loved all of it. Not handicapped accessible-

The Goldenstern Townhouse was a great place to stay while enjoying Bozen. It was an excellent value. The place had character and charm. I’m glad we choose to stay right in the middle of town so we could easily walk to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. So convenient.
There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Beautiful townhouse located in the historic area of Bolzano. Very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, great shower and large dressing area (we were in Room 20.) Kind and friendly staff.
The room was overly warm and we could find no way to cool the room down except to open a window.
Really neat property to get to stay in.
One of our rooms was at the front of the house and it is a bit noisy

The amazing building is possibly difficult for physically disabled people, due to many levels and stairs.
