My belongings, left on a sunbed by the pool, were stolen—likely by hotel staff. When the incident was discovered, the staff took no action, refused to cooperate, and kept shifting responsibility from one manager to another, without providing any contact info...

Pros (+) The property is exceptional, as is the service. Even when the hotel is pretty booked, you still get a sense of privacy and tranquillity.

Pros (+) Food was superb! best food I tried in Jamaica but I was missing more options for dinner at the Bizet. I didn´t like the buffet. The hut we booked was very nice and quiet, love the shower outside.
Cons (-) The cocktails were a really challenge, bad mojitos, bad Negroni, finally we decided to move to beer and the vine.

Cons (-) It would have been great to be able to have a tour of the Fleming villa - we asked about it, but we’re not given a response. It would have been great to have access to the Gazebo restaurant for some variety, which wasn’t open during our stay.
