This hotel is an absolute gem. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, beds were amazing - super soft sheets. Lovely toiletries, the food was exceptional, the swimming pool was a plus. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa unfortunately but that looked great, we would definitely return - it was the perfect stopover.
We had an absolutely disastrous beginning where we were told the room we had booked was not big enough for our family (having called to confirm it would be in advance & after a 6 hour drive with our young kids!) they finally conceded and let us have the room (after half an hour of discussion) credit to them, they did put it right eventually. I was charged for 2 dinners instead of 1 dinner. on my credit card. Recept showing 1 dinner. Difficult to change

It has been a while since I was so satisfied with my hotel experience. Breakfast are divine. Swimming pool was lovely. Bar is welcoming. Next time I would 100% stay for gorgeous dinner

Lovely staff, very welcoming and fantastic facilities. Very pleased with the core proposition of the hotel. Issue is with charging facilities for electric cars.
The charging stations for electric cars do not have sufficient power to manage all cars being plugged at once. Please call your electrician and increase the amperage. Having to find alternative charging at midnight is not ideal.
Very nice room , bed confortable, very clean, very good restaurant
I especially took de luxe room for the nice little corner ( mirror table chair and bench) BUT the bench was missing in our room so I couldn t sit in the room to enjoy the little desk corner- disappointed
