View of pool and central cross roads from the balcony was fun. The room was spacious and tidy. We didn't see the offered show with dinner. Went out instead. The manicure/pedicure onsite took longer than needed.

Combined with the beautiful, friendly and amazing staff, the hotel was lovely with large comfortable beds, thick quality bath towels, fabulous breakfast with great choice of both Eastern and Western food. Everything. Staff is so nice and welcoming. They help us with tour. We did the sunrise tour and they gave us a prepack breakfast which was great. Food in the restaurant is delicious.

The atmosphere was calm and happy , staff couldn’t do enough for you , breakfast was great . Our room was huge the walk in shower was fantastic and I loved the salt scrub . I had a 90 min massage in the hotel it was fantastic.

Very relaxing, caring and most helpful staff. A fantastic very large bedroom and en- suite. Absolutely fantastic resort and spa. Food was fabulous too!
Location was great, close to a lot of street food and bars, spas and massage. The spa in the hotel was outstanding. We actually went back a few more times.
We were only told that there was an issue with the electricity in the property that we booked. We were then offered a sister property which was on the other side of town. This was an inconvenience to our tour schedule and planned activities. We also had to pay for tuk tuks as it was further away than the "short walk" that was explained to us.
