Hotel is close to everything and is walkable.
1. The location is perfect - right in the center and close to everything! 2. The reception staff were very helpful. Yunus Kocak was especially responsive, assisted with changing our room, and answered all our questions. 3. The cleaning service was excellent. We’d like to give a big thank you to Olya, Merve, and Deria for their outstanding work.
1. Some of the economy double rooms were very small, and a few had a 'courtyard view' with a window facing the lift. This meant that when people used the lift, they could see into your room - and you could see them. I’ve never experienced anything like that in any other hotel I’ve stayed at. 2. The hotel is very central to all the major attractions. The reception staff is welcoming and offered great hospitality during our staff. We had a great stay at the hotel and would choose it again.

The hotel, staff and facilities were fantastic! The hotel is a few minutes walk from all the mosques, grand bazaar and a short trip to the Bosphorus. Mr. Abdulrahman was kind enough to give us an overview of the neighbourhood as soon as we arrived and we found it so lovely that we could be picked up from the airport safely with their private transport services. The location was ideal. Staff was helpful. Abdelrehman and his colleagues were always available on hand and very courteous and helpful. The room was clean.
Great location and easy walk to the main attractions such as the Grand Bazaar & Mosques. Friendly staff. Very reasonable priced for its location.
The suite isn’t really a suite but a large family room with a balcony. The balcony door didn’t shut without locking it. Somewhat of a challenge since it was windy most days we were there so we were hanging on to it for fear of it shattering every time we went out there. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is very nice, some 500 m from Aja Sofia.
The breakfast was poor. The spa zone smelled of sewege so we skiped it. There is no view, as it is blocked by the building across. Main bed was really good but not the sofa. The suit could do with some more light, especially in the bathroom.
AbdurRahman was very welcoming and provided the informations about the city, which made our visit even easier and better. Yunus Kocak has been as good as expected. Ersin, Ibrahim were also names to remember. These were the people made our stay in the hotel comfortable. Location was very good.
