Family room is big. Twin beds are small yet this is European style. Hope their beds can be 25% wider
Not enough electricity station to charge phones. Top floor restaurant was closed on the day we stayed. This was actually one of the attractions for us to book this hotel.
The staff was so nice that they even wanted to pack breakfast for us because our flight left very early
Pretty much everything. The room was clean and super spacious with plenty of space for luggage plus a table and 2 chairs to sit on. The bed was large and comfortable - we both slept really well. Room was ok.
Hotel had no soul. We were just passing through but would have been nice to have a bar/restaurant to use but these were dead on a Sunday night, room service very limited and nothing nearby the hotel that we could wonder to. Spa facilities were also an extra cost 25 euros per person for an hour.
Great room. Very comfortable bed and the bedroom and bathroom were very well equipped and spacious.
A little too far out to walk to town, but there was a courtesy bus to use.
Friendly staff.Clean , comfortable, plenty of space and a lovely breakfast. Great location for the airport

1. They do not provide water. 2. I had to take my own luggage to and from the room. 3. I was charged for two bottles of water that I did not order and was not issued a refund as the balance was closed.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are extremely spacious and the amenities truly make this feel like a luxurious experience. Breakfast is extremely tasty
The location of the hotel is the only downside. If you are looking to experience Naples downtown, you are certainly a bit of a walk outside the city and the surrounding area is not very nice. A quick taxi ride is all that's needed, however, which ends up being about 20 euros.
Modern classy facilities , huge rooms,it's a really fabulous hotel with great service.
The location is a bit out of the city, though they provide a complementary shuttle service. The shuttle would be better if it started an hour earlier.
