The location was excellent, close to everything. The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size. Breakfast was excellent, had tons of options. The real gem of this hotel though are the staff. Special shout out to Khanh Ly and Cam Huy. They took care of every detail of your stay, even helped us to book Grab rides, and arrange for our laundry. It's like being home away from home. Room view, comfy bed and pillows. Room service everyday with complementary water and coffee. Breakfast is diverse, however, it's more for Asian taste than for western. Nice rooftop pool and bar.
Room facing the main road was very noisy. You could hear the traffic all day and night even with hear plugs. Room have mould smell from humidity. Pool closes at 8pm, which was a downer as we went there around 8:30pm. Gym is small, with only 4 equipments and outdated.
Decent facility, convenient location. High floor has good view. Bed is big
Noisy, street, next room, no sound proof at all. Housekeeping usually done too fast so I am not sure about cleanliness
The place was close to everything walking distance to river and to dragon bridge and lots of places to eat😀
Amazingly clean room (towels, bathrobe & sheets smelled so fresh!), friendly staff (always with a smile) who allowed me to store my bag before check in.
