Pros (+) Amazing staff and a huge, brilliant suite on two levels.
Cons (-) Coffee setup was not up to par for such a terrific hotel. Cheap pot, mediocre coffee for Ecuador, tiny cups, no cream available at all. A capsule system with nice mugs would be better.

Pros (+) Good restaurants nearby so did not eat in hotel. Breakfast was good on 17th floor. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Pros (+) Nice facilitiies (went to a meeting at the hotel), clean and very luxuries areas. The top roof restaurant is beautiful. The meals at the hotel's restaurants were fantastic. Recommended!

Pros (+) I write very rare reviews as I stay 50+ nights in hotels a year, only if very bad or very good. This hotel: staff (friendly), cleanness, food is outstanding. Roof Top Dinner great, but by far beyond our expectation was the breakfast - it was one of the best ones we/I have seen for years. I would give it 10+ in varity, quality - many house made items - was not expecting this from a chain (go) hotel...
