Pros (+) Everything was absolutely perfect! The room is very tiny and compact but each space has been utilized extremely well. Staff was incredible, right up to the bag of cookies and treats on departure.

Pros (+) Giovanni was an excellent source of information for everything possible! He was such a delightful person, professional and kind. The room was so very clean and modern. Breakfast was fresh and food. Lots of options to eat. Hotel had nice zen vibe

Pros (+) Our hotel was switch. We actually stayed at The Market Urban. We never received phone call or email that our hotel was changed. Found out when we walked in the front door. Said it was an upgrade, but we question that. Website says they have a concierge service, and they do not. They show you a website or give you a physical address to go set up tours.
Cons (-) Didn’t like the fact that we booked early and our reservation was changed without notice.

Pros (+) There was no complimentary water in the room, knowing that the price is in the higher range. The fridge makes incredible noise, I had to turn it off.

Pros (+) Very good location, near the train station and the market. Also near the cathedral. Very good breakfast, with plenty of options. Staff was always available and helpful. Nice and clean room
