Loved the location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had lots of fun in the spa, which is booked (free) for private use. Good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy walk to all attractions.
Don’t fall for the super “special offer” of half price or more discount. That is absolutely nonsense. The place is fine, rooms are clean and showers have good water pressure. We booked a corner sea view room and paid for the best room to only walk into a tiny room with a tiny window with no sea view from the room, only from the balcony. We asked immediately ti be moved but it was only possible fro...Read more
good location-5 min. walk from the tram stop, very kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Beds are comfortable to sleep in, everything is clean and tidy🤗
As someone wrote here - the furniture is worn out🤭 the jacuzzi in the bathroom is broken...
The room was spacious and relatively close (10 minutes walk) from the main points of interest.
The bathroom door did not close and they forgot to bring us towels.
Friendly staff and an excellent Turkish breakfast buffet. Superb location within a short walk of all the main sites in the old city. Pretty quiet despite being above the railway line.
We booked an airport transfer as our flight arrived at 23:55 but it didn't turn up and we were not informed of this so had to get a more expensive taxi.
The staff and Service is more than perfect, thanks for everything

A special thanks goes to Salih, nothing was too much trouble for him. Great breakfast choice served from professional and ...Read more
Excellent view, Turkish Bath. Location is perfect
The staff was very nice and helpful
The room we got across from the main blg. I believe I had asked a higher room with a balcony . We didn’t have an elevator and are not young travellers. We had to step into the shower to get in the bathroom comfortably and the space between the toilet and sink I barely comfortable. If you are bigger people, it’s a problem.
The hotel was lovely. The breakfast area/restaurant was amazing, it has the view of an ancient roman palace + sea. I heard from staff that the chairs and tables in the restaurant were newly renovated and they were beautiful. Other than that the hotel is in a serene location but also is close to Sultanahmet Square. I loved my room, I think I was upgraded. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was frie...
