Nice place overall. Staff is very professional and helpful. The place is super clean. The location great and the hotel lives up to my expectations every time I come to visit. I have been there 14 times now. The breakfast is very delivious too!
The rooms are massive. The location is great, but the staff are amazing. always smiling and very helpful. They are very attentive as well.

Great location. Large spacious five-star standard room, with magnificent view. The staff were helpful, especially Cami. Breakfast was great - an enormous range of both western and Chinese food.
Whilst all staff were very friendly, many had limited English, so it would be helpful if more detailed information about hotel services, dining options outside the hotel, amenities and visiting recommendations were provided in writing.

Very convenient location - truly downtown and within a short 10 minute walk from almost all the main attractions that this incredible city has to offer. A little outdated
Location is great, food was amazing with lots of choices, enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and very nice towels. Overall really great

Location: most of the must visit sites are walkable from hotel, subway station is a few minutes walk away. Staff: staff are helpful and polite, the door boy always gives useful advice on going to the sightseeing points.
