Beautiful new hotel, in the centre though there is nothing to do around, so it's better to stay outside and enjoy the nature. The hotel is still under constructions, rood top is nor ready yet, the pool is very hot. Rooms are very spacious, very comfortable matrass that is quite rats in that area. Stuff is very friendly but again u can hardly find anyone who speaks English

Pros (+) Beds were soft, room was large and new. Staff was very helpful even though we couldn’t communicate very well due to language barrier. Were able to help us with car and driver to take us to Mai Chau with stop at Pa Co market.
Cons (-) Breakfast expensive for Vietnam so didn’t take it. Hotel is amazing but out of place (environment doesn’t match its style).

Pros (+) All the staff are super friendly and kind (from the receptionist to the chef). We were guided well and treated even better. The location is in the center of the city and all the tourist places are at a ridable distance. Not everyone here speaks English but every single person takes the initiative to use app to translate and guide accordingly. Their ice coffee with Condensed Milk and Moc Chau yogur...
Cons (-) If I absolutely have to mention something I didn't like, it was the lack of vegetarian food options.
