Location is nice.
Staff was unfriendly, like not in the mood. Very noise at night. Could not make invoice upon checkout, although i specifically asked is it possible? Then at 02:30 due to some reason: I am sorry, we cant make invoice. Here, take this card and send an email??? For sure not going back to this place.

Excellent stay in Tbilisi, very central location, recently built hotel, all is new there. Comfortable beds, all toiletries in room available. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was great, big choice of everything! So definately would suggest to stay here!

Nothing, maybe a bit noise but this is the center it is normal.
The staff are cooperative, especially the receptionists. Although the hotel is in a busy area, it was quiet inside.
