Friendly staff, efficient check-in and checkout. Rooms slightly larger than competitor I was considering but chose GLAD Mapo in the end, wasn't disappointed! Location was very convenient for my local travels in and around Seoul. Will definitely re-visit next time I find myself in Seoul again!
Not really able to comment as I did not use much of the hotels facilities. Didn't have breakfast included in room so was not able to check out their offerings.

Very comfortable stay. Ended up staying for 2.5 weeks. Staff were helpful and friendly. We wanted to stay longer because of a change in plans for our trip so we extended our stay and the front desk staff helped with that seamlessly.
The price on weekends can get very pricey if you want to extend the trip. That may be normal across all hotels though so it is not this hotel specific. Otherwise, no complaints!

The location is nice.
- the hotel definitely needs a refresher - the light in the room is dark - the elevator are not matched with each other, so you need the press all bottoms to all elevator, but since everyone does that your elevator stops at every floor even though there is no one waiting anymore
