Gistola definitely lived up to the expectations we had. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, the room itself was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes out of the main town
Well, it has a nice parcking spot, nice location, everything is clean and stuff is very very very nice, I was there for a marathon so needed a bit late checkout which also was not an issue.

The hotel is ok but the staff was extremely friendly. They helped with sorting out walks, arranged free shuttles from and to the city center, and we could have a good talk at the bar about Georgian history. And what was amazing for us: my wife forgot her hat in the hotel, the staff let us know, and transported it via plane to Tbilisi to have it delivered at our hotel there. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! First of all, the staff were amazing — especially the front desk manager Tedo, who went far beyond any expectations. The hotel is really good. Staff is nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast, restaurant meals and room service are excellent. We really enjoyed the tours managed by the hotel. Special thanks to Tedo for management and Beco for excellent driving and help in mountains. We stayed here previously and will definitely stay again.
Friendly and super helpful staffs
It was one of the best places we have stayed in. We travel extensively. The warmth of this place and the beauty of the towers at night are haunting memories. We were stuck in a landslide.
