Breakfast was unique everyday and tasty. Martin, the staff was very kind and always made sure we were well satisfied.
The restaurant and common areas need improvement.
Highly recommended! I feel so lucky and greatful that I chose to stay here. I wanted to have the experience of a real heritage place and couldn't have picked a better one. I had an amazing experience at the Ginger house. It’s a beautiful hotel and incredible people taking care of you. Big highlight to Martin who gets out of his way to make sure that you have the best stay possible. The rooms are very big and pleasant. The food at breakfast is very homely and typical from Kerala.
Nothing to add at the moment
As a solo traveller's I felt welcome and safe. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful esp Martin. My room was immaculate with reliable aircon. The restaurant was amazing with a great variety of food and being right on the river is a treat. Highly recommended!

Martin and his team could not have been more welcoming after an unexpectedly long journey from the UK! The hotel is so unique and felt like a home away from home. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the hotel very clean.
