Amazing Antique based boutique rooms and very very cordial staff
Excellent staff. Beautiful artwork everywhere. This hotel was such a visual treat. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were thoughtful.
It has so much potential. Very overpriced for what you get, why the rooms weren’t finished with finesse? Typical Indian let down, go to another country where they get it.
Dining was awful and very, very expensive for what you got. Room could have been so lovely if they just took out the light fixtures that don’t work. It’s the little things that they don’t understand.

Breakfast was unique everyday and tasty. Martin, the staff was very kind and always made sure we were well satisfied.
The restaurant and common areas need improvement.

I had an amazing experience at the Ginger house. It’s a beautiful hotel and incredible people taking care of you. Big highlight to Martin who gets out of his way to make sure that you have the best stay possible. The rooms are very big and pleasant. The food at breakfast is very homely and typical from Kerala.
