great views. staff are very attentive. nice pool. good bar and food options.
bad design in wardrobe area means there is a sharp edge right above where you place your cases. I sustained a head injury from it.
They did a beautiful design of the property and the location has beautiful views!
The room had a strange smell, and things were dirty (mugs, water glasses, etc) in the room. The bed was very hard. The pool only has 4 chairs, which is not enough. The one great thing about our stay was Miriam who served us at Kahani restaurant - she was so customer-focused and an absolute pleasure to be served by.
Service wasn’t great all around -no assistance with bags at check in despite my ankle being injured, slow service by the pool side with our lunch arriving an hour and fifteen minutes later and general lethargy to serve overall. Hotel is new and fresh and clean and obviously well designed what you expect from MGallery. Lots of well planned details. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Loved the gym and the views to the forest. Tasty breakfast. Also big plus for the hotel manager who after few service shortcomings made it up to our stay with offering an opportunity to refresh and shower before our flight after we checked out.
As it’s a new hotel, still few staff services feels as have to be made better, but they seem like being on it.Read more
The best thing about Gem Forest is their friendly and helpful team who make you feel welcomed and at home as soon as you check in. The hotel is in a great location and is a great modern addition to the Nairobi hotel scene
