Polite staff, decently-sized room, very clean with a personal touch. Cozy lounge spaces. Very modern feel and located close to a very cool neighborhood.
Unfortunately, you always hear when people in the next room have a conversation. This was quite surprising as the hotel doesn't initially give the impression that the soundproofing is that bad.
The lifts were really fast - rare in hotels, and a great time-saver. The unique engineering architecture was constantly stimulating. The staff were exceptionally helpful, above and beyond our expectations.
The refrigerator in our room was barely cold enough for my wife's medicines to be kept safely. While the mattresses were superb, the pillows were far too soft.
Has lots of potential to be a lovely hotel.
Definitely not worth the price at all, I would recommend staying elsewhere in a better location with better value for money. Photos were not of the correct room and felt extremely let down after asking the staff why the room wasn’t as advertised

The hotel impresses with its exterior and interior design. The rooms are relatively large. It would probably be interesting to spend more time in the hotel premises. The hotel is relatively easy to reach by public transport S-Bahn and bus, even at night.
The room is poorly ventilated, there is no access of fresh air from outside. The shower has a very weak pressure and strange adjustment. Finally, the mattresses on the bed were very disappointing: I fell into the mattress like in an old bed. Maybe this is to some people's liking, but I definitely do not.

Breakfast quiet limited options
Extreme nice and attentive staff which makes you feel well. Rooms were generous and well designed. Great restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was over expectations!
