Great value for money. Good location, very close to the city center. Parking in the garage very well organized with clear instructions how to use it.
I would suggest more smiles of the hotel staff. They are professional but should work in a more relaxed manner (like young guy working in the bar who was very polite and friendly).
Wonderful new hotel with very clean rooms, great parking, they let us park for a few hours after the check out
Sound isolation could be a bit better
Some of the rooms don't have the little balcony shown in the pictures - other than that, everything was perfect.
Decoration was nice. The shower was really good and the room was clean and comfortable.
A bit strict with the norms of no eating in the room
Comfy bed & pillows, spacious & modern room, nice balcony, nice shower & bathroom products, good WiFi, lovely staff, good enough breakfast (eggs, fruit, baked goods, etc), excellent location (taxi driver knew exactly where to go and walkable to the very city centre in 15 mins or other cute neighbourhoods in a few minutes).

It was just a little bit loud in the midnight because I arrived at 1:30 in the midnight. but it did not influnce me and I slept very well
It was very clean, comfortable in a nice location everywhere you wanted to go. Very friendly and kind staff the help you all the time with whatever you need.

Did smell like smoke in the room occasionally due to backing onto the smokers area
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tirana! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely respectful and helpful. The breakfast was good, and my room was both beautiful and spotless. The hotel is located in a great area — quiet, safe, and close to everything you need.
