We loved everything!! The hotel accommodation was incredible and spacious with every tiny detail thought of and the location was perfect - right in the middle of where one would want to be - close enough to walk anywhere and yet all that you need is right on your doorstep!
The Asian Fusion restaurant linked to the hotel (which we really wanted to try after seeing advertising on the hotel TV) was closed on both Sunday and Monday - although not sure if this is always the case?
The property was incredible, perfect location, great rooms, very Florence forward!
Slight criticism but it goes a long way for a bartender to be friendly and welcoming, especially with kids. We’re in the most beautiful wine country in the world. Not a great experience at the bar.

I liked the location of the property - it is conveniently in the center of Florence and you can walk to most of the main tourist attractions in ~10 minutes. However, it is a very busy area so I would caution those who would like to stay a bit further out in a quieter area to pick another hotel. I also liked the turn down service that the cleaning team provided.
The hotel was quite outdated - the carpets in the hallways and bedrooms were dirty / stained from foot traffic. The hairdryer outlet in my room did not work which was inconvenient. Most of the charging ports were also faulty. The rooftop drink prices were absolutely absurd - 18 euro for a glass of wine. Overall I do not think the hotel was worth the price we paid.
Love the location and the staff was so friendly! Breakfast was delicious.. will for sure stay here again…

Lighting, repairs,shower door in second bathroom was so small,fire alarm went off at 11:20 and no explanation. Very expensive for what you received.
The only negative thing was the party in the rooftop bar had the music too loud until 11PM and kept us up until it was over. Besides that the Hotel was an excellent choice for location and overall a beautiful property.

Room needed repair to closet doors and air conditioner. Only there for 3 nights. Repairs made promptly

Cons: - They are doing repairs in the external site of the building and yet they put us, initially, on a room that was next to the work - so extremely noise all day long. As I am 6+ months pregnant we explained resting is very important for me and they agreed in moving us to a different room on another floor and not facing the repairs. Room was too small for 2 people and luggage. No where to store cases out the way..
