Super comfortable, clean, very friendly staff, prices fair, beautiful mountain view, quiet, good beds, decent gym and pool, underground comfortable parking! We will be back! Thanks to Cesar and Francisco at the restaurant, great service!

Everything was great!
The location is good which is easy to go anywhere shortly. The room is big and comfortable, gym and swimming pool is good too.
It shows a lot about massage, but there is no massage place in the hotel, you need to book 24 hours prior and they will send some people here.
Very clean, excellent customer service, the restaurant and pool area are amazing with beautiful views.

Room needed a little bit more attention to the cleaning
It's a well-designed modern hotel. I enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The restaurant and gym were convenient. It was easy to check in. There was plenty of room for two people and their belongings. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Barrio Antiguo. There are USB plugs to charge your phone.
It seems they don't clean the inside of the closet, because my friend placed his clothes on the top panels and they came out dusty. Cleaning staff should have a list they go through to check for things like hand soap, for we had to ask for coffee pods, hand soap, and shower gel. The TV didn't work properly. While the overall service was acceptable, the waiters often seemed to expect or push for extra service charges 🫠

Very Comfortable bed, walking shower was great. Walking distance to 2 Oxxos. Super Clean Room
No Ice Machines on the floors, had to call room service to get ice.
