Good value-for-money hotel with decently-sized rooms. Reception is on the 6th floor. I wish the building had a ramp to enter instead of me having to lug my suitcase up steps. I enjoyed staying the room, there was a clean, cozy and full-accommodations. The staff was unable to communicate clearly in English so I had misunderstood about laundry service and they had charged me.
