Pros (+) Children Themed rooms HAVE NO WINDOWS!!! It’s like staying in a dungeon nightmare with cheap children’s decoration. Staff are poorly trained on customer service and on their own brand. On top do that, they are unfriendly and don’t really care about what the customer needs or thinks. Over priced for the rooms and poorly cleaned. A beach side hotel with no pool to swim and no beach activities. The hotel is only good for its location by the beach. The facilities are old and not fully utilizing any beach/ water. There’s no outdoor shower for washing off the sand on your body. The hotel forbids guests to use hotel towels at the beach. I don’t know if they understand that beach is the only thing that draws people to come!

Booked the hotel hoping to part take the NYE beach event but alas it did not happen this year! Nonetheless the hotel facilities were good. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing and the hotspring was 1 of the best in Taiwan.

Pros (+) Large Japanse style room. Clean and a great view of the sea. We had dinner on site and it was really nice (buffet). There was a large play floor for the kids which was an unsuspected bonus (for little kids but there were also Nintendo consoles).

Cons (-) The swimming pool was open during weekends due to winter season and it was 30 degrees. Breakfast was very Asian oriented.
