Pros (+) Location was wonderful. You could walk pretty much every place you wanted to go. The breakfast in the morning was great many options. The best thing was the wine and cheese plus many other choices in the afternoon I had food. I had never tried before. Everybody was very, very friendly.

Pros (+) The location, the welcome reception, the complimentary glass of champagne on arrival, the complimentary wine and light buffet between 5:30-6:30, the complimentary bicycles, the huge very comfortable bed, the dressing gowns, the quiet, the included breakfast.
Cons (-) A little pricey but the extras make it worthwhile
