Check-in and check-out were OK, the staff very friendly. However, we arrived at the hotel late one afternoon and asked if we could have some water from the welcome cocktail, and the receptionist replied, "No, don't you have water in the room?", for she was rude.
The restaurant served delicious, fresh and healthy food around the clock! The breakfast had many choices, allowing for a diversity of tastes!
The room was very small for the price. The area around the hotel was commercial, and it's on a busy street. There are no green places nearby.

It felt that the staff was very inexperienced, perhaps new people undergoing their training? Quite disappointing considering the very high price. I very much disliked shakshuka in the restaurant which was burned to a crisp.

Very nice restaurant with nice atmosphere and great Mediterranean cuisine. An impressive breakfast buffé with a great selection of egg on demand dishes. Nice lounge area with fireplace.
