Cons (-) 1. Massive building project st rear of building....ie 35 storey building just started. 2. Next to a freeway...the noise 6.00am to 10pm is huge. 3. Reception just forgot to mention at check workers are digging up all the street pavers....they started at 7.00am 4. Pros (+) We were upgraded from a studio to a 1 bed apartment. Hotel was very good. Helpful staff. Location is good if you don’t mind walking a little, as that was often the quickest way to get around.

Pros (+) My husband and I booked Fraser Place for 4 nights in May 2025 as part of our honeymoon trip. The hotel was comfortable, clean and had all the mod cons you would expect, plus a washing machine tucked away behind units in the room which was extremely useful. Seoul itself is a wonderful city with lots to see and do - we would recommend visiting the stunningly beautiful Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Bukch...
Cons (-) Despite being billed as central Seoul, it was a 10-15 min walk mainly uphill to the Myeong-dong area. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Pros (+) I had a great stay at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon check-in, which was a wonderful start to my trip. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) I like that the apartment is spacious and has complete appliances. The area is also not crowded. Having a Coffee Bean at the ground floor was a plus. It was good value for money.
Cons (-) It will be a better experience if complete toiletries were provided (toothbrush, cotton). The staff was polite enough but not warm.
