The power an internet going out
Power was off internet staff was rude about inquiring about utilities an our rental unit was to far to walk with cane an walker we request full refund my wife disabled her special equipment for her disability would not work power an internet I will be filing state North Carolina thru American disability act section 1444.2bf on this matter
The property is located on the Rumbling Bald Resort which has beautiful views and landscapes. The unit was spacious and well maintained. A large kitchen and living room with separate dining. The downstairs master bedroom and bath were cool. There is a separate space heater in the room. The temperature dropped very low the second night and the unit struggled to keep the large area warm. It wasn't cold enough to complain. The heavy bedding kept us warm but it would be the only issue we had with the stay.Read more

A little dated..However overall we were satisfied with all of the amenities that came with the property

The condos are a great value, but the restaurant has always been lacking....until now. The food was excellent. The golf course is alsi in great shape.
Probably best not to stay when the is a triathlon events happening. The bikink and running events did hold up traffic, but they ended around noon each day.
The views. Cozy place to spend time With family!
The directions were confusing. Spent too much time trying to find it. Posting the physical address to use in GPS would have helped tremendously!
Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Spacious home stocked with necessities. Great location.
Carpets could use a shampoo. Everything else was clean.

Big disappointment with the fact that the electric was off for about 4 hours on Friday evening of the stay. Room was warm and wasn’t able to sleep till late.
