Easy - all is fine
The welcoming was super cold. I had the impression is was not welcomed when arrived at your desk. Terrible service. On the next morning it was perfect with a super team. But sometimes a bad experience at the beginning can leave a bitter taste on the whole stay. The lady who unwelcomed us should read this.
Modern, clean, comfortable bed, free coffee at the reception and private parking.

Price should have included breakfast. Very expensive per day rate with ZERO housekeeping. Also, they say pet friendly but have a sign once you arrive that stated you can't leave dog in bungalow. So false advertising.
We wanted to stay close to Europapark and Rulantica, while needing to have two separate bedrooms (not a coach in the living area) and be allowed to bring our dog. The bungalows available at FourSide ticked all boxes.
Clean, modern, friendly, plenty of space and facilities. Near to the train station, there is a nearby bus stop for Europa Park and a sizable supermarket close by.

The facilities and room were very modern and the gym was up to date and great. The room had great amenities including a lovely bathroom and fridge as well as a smart TV. Cheap deal and close to Europa Park and Rulantica.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the air-conditioning in the room did not work. Upon arrival, the bottles of soap and shower gel were empty in the room. This was not replaced by the housekeeping team. Unfortunately, the bed was a bit unstable too. The breakfast was incredibly expensive for what was on offer.
Very very clean ! And confortable. The rooms are cozy. Staff is really nice. Perfect hotel !
The price of the breakfast was really high And the ventilation in the bathroom was really loud
I booked the hotel for a friend who was traveling with a pet. They had a great stay there and there were many things waiting for the pet. Thank you!
